I think the farm bill is up in 06 or 07 If the dems are clever they can block and delay it and cut the money. I dont really want to go into detailed tatics but we could really exact revenge here. Instead of whole states target key GOP groups that feed at the trough.

Lets look at my home state of Illinois Obama got Bean her ground troops and cash . There was no GOTV here or in many other blue states and I can understand that but lets look at 2 or 3 CT seats .Lets look at at least 2 Iowa seats Nussel is running for gov -his seat is blue. Leach should switch or go . His district is proabably right only of Pelosis.

Here in Illinois start with Weller,look at Kirk -he has had a free pass and harass them all. If Delay can be kept to 55 eveyrone in Illinois can -even Hastert!This state went easy Kerry with lower turnout than Ohio and same percentage of rural vote as nation
